Problem
Chennai has no shortage of culture, food, and history, but finding it is a different story. Events, landmarks, and local recommendations are scattered across multiple apps, websites, and word of mouth. For residents and tourists alike, discovering the city requires more effort than it should.
Solution
I designed Namma Chennai as a single hub for urban discovery built around a card-based browsing experience that makes exploring feel effortless rather than exhausting. The Explore section leads with visuals to spark curiosity, while integrated maps and category filters let users go from inspiration to directions in just a few taps. The dark color palette with warm amber accents reflects the city's energy: vibrant, grounded, and unmistakably Chennai.
